In a warm nurturing space, you are gently guided to safely release and let-go of emotional pain, alleviating stress and chronic tension held in the boy for deep relaxation healing and personal growth. Mindfulness-Based Somatic therapy sessions are designed to support the body's natural process for releasing self-restructuring patterns and emotional trauma - opening the way for you to feel joy, self compassion and love.
